Ian Koski is the Director of Public Policy and Communications at The Performance Institute, overseeing all external Institute communications, including media relations, branding activities, and Internet projects. He also leads Congressional outreach, policy advancement, and maintains strategic relationships with other non-governmental organizations.

A New York native, Ian holds a bachelor's degree in communication from Villanova University and a master's degree in political management from The George Washington University.

Prior to joining the Institute, Ian was the managing editor of the Highbridge Horizon, a bilingual community newspaper in the South Bronx. He has also written for the Times Herald-Record in New York's Hudson Valley and the Daily Times in the Delaware County suburbs of Philadelphia.
