Chris Braddock is Associate Director of the Center for Government Performance at The Performance Institute. He researches, develops, and facilitates conferences and seminars which focus on the leading federal initiatives for performance-based government. Conferences and training sessions seek to enlighten delegates on recent procurement issues and methodologies for performance-based management and performance-based service acquisitions, as well as, the utilization of effective management frameworks, such as the Government Performance Logic Model. Chris participates in conference calls and outreach activities to develop insights into recent federal legislative proposals and mandates by the Office of Management and Budget and the Government Accountability Office.

Prior to coming to The Performance Institute, Chris worked as a National Market Loss Prevention Consultant with Liberty Mutual Insurance Group. He developed in consultation with customers plans to reduce their risks of future loses through employee behavior and physical alterations at operation sites.

Chris holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and a minor in Business Administration from the University of Dayton.
