The Office of Management and Budget released the FY2005 PART evaluations with the President's FY2005 Budget on February 2, 2004.

The results are presented by OMB as four different percentages (one for each section of the PART) and as a categorical assessment ("effective," "moderately effective," "adequate," "ineffective" or "results not demonstrated").

To make the results more easily understandable, TransparentGovernment has taken OMB's original data and re-organized it.

Each section of the PART is assigned a value at which it is weighted. OMB does not publicly release the results after the weighting as applied and the four scores totaled... but TransparentGovernment does.
