Eligibility:

In order to be eligible for this award, the agency must have developed a plan for meeting the expectations of the President's Management Agenda. Successful nominations will include what work has been done in each of the five elements of the PMA and will include a status of how their PMA initiative has yielded performance improvements for customers or through improved efficiency.

The accomplishment for which the nominee is nominated must have taken place in 2003 or 2004. Nominations must come from someone within the department knowledgeable on current PMA initiatives within the department.
