The Office of Management and Budget released the results of the FY2005 PART evaluation cycle alongside the FY2005 Budget on February 2, 2004. In it, the 234 programs rated in the FY2004 PART cycle were re-rated, and another 165 programs were rated for the first time.

The results are presented by OMB as four different percentages (one for each section of the PART) and is a categorical assessment ("effective," "moderately effective," "adequate," "ineffective" or "results not demonstrated").

Each section of the PART is assigned a value at which it is weighted.

Purpose: 20 percent
Planning: 10 percent
Management: 20 percent
Results: 50 percent

OMB does not publicly release the results after the weighting as applied and the four scores totaled... but TransparentGovernment does.
