The Process Improvement Council is dedicated to enhancing the process performance of public and private sector organizations through the principles of process improvement, Voice of the Customer (VOC), change management, project management and Lean Six Sigma. The Council seeks to transform, restructure and redesign any process to operate at optimal efficiency by decreasing cycle time and process variation while dramatically increasing return on investment (ROI).
