OPTION 1
Cocktail Reception Sponsorship

  • 20-minute presentation about your company and the solutions you provide

  • Prominent signage announcing your company and the session you sponsored

  • 4 attendance passes

  • Exhibit space (approximately 8' X 10')

  • (2) 8 1/2 X 11 advertisement in our conference program guide.

  • Attendee list

  • Invitations (supplied by your company) can be mailed and/or distributed to attendees promoting your sponsorship.

  • Open bar reception including hosted bar featuring name brand cocktails, wine, beer and soft drinks. This will be accompanied by hot hors d'oeuvres and cold canapés.

  • EIS Networking Reception: Exhibitors will have the opportunity to further network with your colleagues and enjoy complimentary cocktails and hors d'oeuvres on the evening of the 15th from 4:45 to 6:30 p.m.
