Sessions
The Performance Institute can design customized,
cost-efficient methods to educate and train staff on the A-76
process. Our
facilitation sessions will:
• Provide a walk-through of the A-76 process
• Train staff to complete the job competition process
• Utilize actual and useful examples from your agency
• Update staff on new legislation and executive mandates
Training is conducted by accomplished veterans
of the A-76 process using actual agency scenarios in order to
provide real life, practical examples for your staff. The Performance
Institute will assist in conducting a thorough evaluation of your
competitive sourcing programs and make certain the proper elements
are in place in order to conduct a job competition that supports
the PMA competitive sourcing initiative and OMB guidelines.

Implementation Services
The Institute offers expert and proficient A-76 consulting services
to develop reasoned and responsible job competitions from beginning
to end. By helping to align your job competition strategy and
management with a successful A-76 process, you will receive:

• Services that evaluate, develop and plan job competitions

Professional and skilled A-76 consulting
services can handle your competitive sourcing process and provide
a cost-efficient solution that will meet OMB requirements. Through
the use of the Institute’s Government Performance Logic
Model, best practice models and other innovative tools, consulting
services are able to successfully develop and implement a competitive
sourcing initiative in your agency that complies with the latest
OMB requirements.

Administrative Note:
A 10 percent cancellation fee on registration will be charges for
cancellations received less than three weeks from the sate of the
conference. As speakers are confirmed 6 months before the event,
some speaker changes or topic changes may occur in the program.
The Performance Institute is not responsible for speaker changes,
but will work to ensure a comparable speaker is located to participate
in the program. |
