Associate Director
Blake is the Director of the Center for Outsourcing and Contracting at the Performance Institute. He works directly with public and private sector executives in developing strategies, solutions and innovations in several areas in government contracting and outsourcing.
As Director of the Center for Outsourcing and Contracting, Blake directs and administers the development of training programs on a number of topics within the procurement arena. His areas of expertise are performance based contracting, A-76, selling to government, and President’s Management Agenda issues. In addition, Blake is charged with the promotion and recruitment for events developed in these areas and others.
Prior to joining The Performance Institute, Blake worked in the entertainment and hospitality industries. Blake has a bachelor’s degree in English from High Point University and is a member of the Lambda Chi Alpha National Fraternity.
