Tom Enright is an Associate Director with the Government Performance division of the Performance Institute. He has extensive experience working in the non-profit sector and has conducted broad research on government policy and health care issues. Prior to joining the Institute, Tom worked at the Minority Health Coalition and Health Care for the Homeless as well as an international medical relief organization. Tom graduated from the University of Notre Dame where he majored in Government. |
