Director of Consulting Services
Marion "Marsie" Frost is Director of
Consulting Services for the
Performance Institute. In this capacity, Marsie oversees consulting work for all of the Institute's divisions.
With over twenty-five years of management and consulting experience across
both the public and private sector, Marsie focuses on strategic planning for
integrated agency results that encompass analysis, design, development and
implementation of program strategies. Having held key positions in the U.S.
Department of Defense and the DC Government and having launched three organizations on her
own, Marsie understands the value of customer relationship management, change management, training, organizational
communications, quality assurance, and cost reduction programs.
Her expertise is in advising, coaching, and
managing senior executives toward consensus to achieve government visions, missions, and objectives.
