Prior to this position, Luisa was Director of the Institute's Social and Health Policy Center, overseeing best practice research and analysis for social service programs, public health programs, health care initiatives, non-profit management challenges, and grants management.
Previously, she worked as a Business Development Manager within the Institute. Prior to joining the Institute, Luisa worked with private technology initiatives in Latin America and the United States as well as with Social Program Management for Non-Profit Organizations in Latin America. Her previous experience includes business development and sales.
Luisa holds a BA from the Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá, Colombia, where she majored in International Marketing.
