Training Course:
Auditing and Improving Performance Information Systems |
Effective performance management not only
relies on the clarity of performance goals and measures,
but also on the quality of the supporting information. When
developing effective performance measures, a system must
be in place to assess the validity and reliability of our
performance information. Acquire the skills necessary to
create a streamlined performance information system that
supplies all managers with credible information to help
drive the right decisions.
Key Methodologies Covered
This training will focus on the 11 key aspects of quality performance information, and ensure that a performance management framework, such as the Logic Model, is developed to communicate all key aspects. This framework will aid government managers in not only creating performance goals, but establishing criteria to determine the quality and credibility of performance information for government programs. |
