All
of the publicly offered courses offered by the Performance Institute
can be adapted for your office, program, agency, or department.
In-house training provides a customized, cost-efficient vehicle
for educating your staff with a hands-on, educational forum that
facilitates team-building and project-planning. PI in-house training
is designed to meet the specific needs of the client. Instead
of making the training match with “cookie-cutter”
training, our in-house offerings are matched to the specific needs
of the participants.
Our
training instructors are drawn from a wide base of policy and
performance experts, as well as full-time Performance Institute
staff.
Performance
Institute in-house trainings offer a hands-on educational experience
that leaves the client with “deliverables,” like new
performance measures, a completed Program Assessment Rating Tool
worksheet, or an OMB Exhibit 300. Wherever possible, actual projects
from the client agency are used during the training session –
providing real-life examples for participants.
These
in-house trainings are designed for groups of personnel ranging
from five to 35. Groups larger than 35 staff members are divided
into smaller groups to preserve the classroom atmosphere and hands-on
experience that our clients have come to expect from Performance
Institute Trainings.
