Dear Social Service Program Manager, Contractor, Grant Maker and Grantee,

Utilize Performance-Based Contracting to Get Results from your Grants, Partnerships and Contracts

With the Bush administration continuing the shift towards outsourcing and contracting social services, it is necessary, now more than ever, for multiple service providers to work together through or under contracts, grants and other partnership arrangements.  You are invited to the Fourth Annual National Summit on Partnerships, Contracts, Grants and Outsourcing  for Social Services, held in Washington, D.C.,  to learn from national leaders how to design and enhance your partnerships, grants and contracts to improve social service outcomes.

Develop Public-Partnerships to Better Serve the Needs of Your Community

Master the skills necessary to forge partnerships between government, non-profit and for-profit to improve delivery of services, expand the range of services, and avoid duplication of services.

Leverage Outsourcing Strategies and Partnerships to Get Results for Your Contracts and Grants

This Summit offers you frameworks for developing federal, state and local performance measurements, along with methods to monitor, validate, evaluate and report results.  With these tools, you will have the ability to identify programs needing improvement, make funding decisions and communicate your outcomes to stakeholders.

Ensure Quality of Outsourced Services:  Gain Strategies for Ensuring Seamless and Coordinated Service Delivery by Multiple Providers in the Same Community

Every social service program, whether funded with public or private dollars, harbors the same fundamental questions about where and how they can improve their effectiveness.

Throughout the conference and in application workshops, you will learn essential skills for developing outcome-oriented performance measures, writing performance-based statements of work for contracts or grants, and developing successful contracts or grants proposals.  You will emerge from this conference with enhanced skills to craft partnership strategies, manage contracts and grants for results, and improve the public health and social services your agency seeks to provide.

The strategies and best practices from the nation’s leading social service contractors and providers are waiting for your review!  Register today by calling 703-894-0481 or visit us online at www.PerformanceWeb.org.

 Sincerely,
