Associate Director
Patti Powers is an Associate Director of Consulting at the Performance Institute. Her responsibilities include assisting clients in the development and implementation of systems for performance measurement, conference and training facilitation, and business development.
Prior to joining the Performance Institute, Patti completed a term of service as an AmeriCorps member, provided research assistance to scholars in the Economic Studies Program at the Brookings Institution, and developed resources for higher education partners at America’s Promise – The Alliance for Youth.
Patti holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Delaware and a Master in Public Policy degree from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. She focused her graduate studies in human services, labor, and education policy and management.
