Jason Cooley

Director

Jason is the Director of the Center for Outsourcing and Contracting at the Performance Institute. He works directly with public and private sector executives in developing strategies, solutions and innovations in several areas in government contracting and outsourcing.

As Director of the Center for Contracting and Outsourcing, Jason directs and administers the development of training programs on a number of topics within the procurement arena. Some of these areas include performance-based contracting, selling to the government, A-76 and President’s Management Agenda issues. In addition, Jason is also charged with assisting in the recruitment and promotion for events developed in these areas.

Jason holds a B.A. in Speech Communication from the University of Southern Mississippi and a M.S. in Political Science with an emphasis in Public Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi.
