Employee Relations/Alternate Dispute Resolution

In an ever-changing environment of organizational conflicts, budget limitations and an increased need for mediation in the workplace, the need for you to effectively measure the performance of your alternative dispute resolution program is crucial to current and continued success within your agency. Evaluating and measuring the performance of your agency's initiative can be challenging; but it is a must in order to get to green on the PMA. Establishing these performance measures for your agency's ADR program is crucial to stay aligned with the PMA.

Key Methodologies Covered

This training will focus on developing a results-orientated alternative dispute program in your agency by applying both the Administrative Dispute Resolution Act of 1996 and the Administrative Dispute Resolution Act of 1998 to your agency’s human capital plans. It will explain how to comply with Merit Systems Protection Board requirements and how to target organizational challenges that pose a constant need for improvement within your agency.
