Diversity Recruitment

Across government agencies, HR departments are realizing that a diverse workforce is not merely a plus-it is absolutely mandatory in order for an agency to be successful. As a human resource specialist in the federal government, you are responsible for complying with stringent new federal mandates while simultaneously preparing your agency to cope with the looming wave of federal retirees. Most employers know that they should focus on developing a more diverse workforce, what they don't know is how to develop a diversity strategy that works. At this training you will develop practical strategies to building and maintaining a diverse workforce.

Key Methodologies Covered

This training will focus on developing a diversity recruitment strategy that begins with workforce analysis and ends with recruitment measurement. It will use OPM criteria to target under-represented groups and to build and maintain a diverse workforce.
