Nicole Cathcart is the Performance Institute's Marketing Director. Her responsibilities include marketing, material design and art direction, production and promotion of the Institute, its trainings, conferences and events.

With a background in graphic design and marketing, Nicole's experience includes strategic planning for client relationships and programs, account and program management, marketing campaign planning and implementation, and collateral design and art direction.

Nicole spent eight years overseas in Europe, Central and South America and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Loyola University , New Orleans.
