Maribeth Kibbey is an Associate Director in the Center for Government Performance at the Performance Institute. Her main responsibility is to produce innovative and original conferences, combining best- in-class performance measures, training sessions, and knowledgeable speakers, providing officials at the federal, state and local level with the tools to enhance government performance.

A DC native, Maribeth earned a bachelor's degree in Government and Politics, with a minor in Criminology, from the University of Maryland , College Park . Prior to joining the Performance Institute, Maribeth worked in the information services department of a major telecommunications law firm and as a research assistant in the business development sector of Cassidy & Associates, a top government relations firm in the District.
